DEATH: BYRON H. KIENKE

Byron Horne Kienke, age 89, died on Wednesday morning, October 5,1994 at his home.
Byron was born April 16, 1905 in Salt Lake City, Utah of parents Asa S. and Margaret Horne Kienke. He married Olea L. McNeill on April 16, 1935 in the Salt Lake Temple.He had a successful career with the Federal Housing Administration. A High Priest in the LDS Church, he served in many positions, most recently as a temple worker. He loved his family and devoted much of his time assisting with Olea's musical career.

Surviving family members include his daughters, Charleen, (Norman); and Kathryn, (Ted); seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; and a brother, Al. Preceding him in death were his wife, Olea, three great-grandsons, a brother, Don, and a sister Lucille.

He and his family would like to express gratitude for the kindness shown to him by his special friend, Randa, and the caretakers who were so kind to him.

The funeral will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, October 8th, at the Monument Park 1st Ward, 1005 South 2000 East, where friends may call one hour prior to service. Interment, Elysian Burial Gardens under direction of Larkin Mortuary.
