Ella Simkins Parks, 92, returned home to her loving Heavenly Father and her beloved sweetheart, Frank Parks, on November 15, 2009. She graduated from Piute High School and seminary as well as cosmetology school. Ella married Frank Horne Parks in Circleville, Utah on June 14, 1940 and had four children. She managed the book department at the downtown ZCMI for over 25 years, as well as working with Frank in Richfield owning and operating Parks Brothers Sporting Goods. She could never sit still.
